Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate minced
  • 1 stk unsalted butter room temperature
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Atkins Bake Mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 10 pkt sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp chocolate extract
  • 1/2 c. minced toasted walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Heat chocolate over a double boiler. Cold to room temperature.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat butter till creamy; beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat in bake mix, water, sugar substitute, and extract. Mix in melted chocolate; stir in nuts.
  3. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake 15 min till set. Cold and cut into 36 squares.
  4. This recipe yields 36 brownies.
