Receta Mini Walnut Brownies

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate minced
- 1 stk unsalted butter room temperature
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Atkins Bake Mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 10 pkt sugar substitute
- 2 tsp chocolate extract
- 1/2 c. minced toasted walnuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Heat chocolate over a double boiler. Cold to room temperature.
- With an electric mixer, beat butter till creamy; beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat in bake mix, water, sugar substitute, and extract. Mix in melted chocolate; stir in nuts.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake 15 min till set. Cold and cut into 36 squares.
