Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Cool skim lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 1 1/2 c. Vanilla ice lowfat milk *
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1/2 ounce (square) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Direcciones

  1. For diabetics, be sure to use a Sugar Free frzn dairy dessert in place of the ice lowfat milk.
  2. Pour lowfat milk into blender container. Add in pudding mix, ice lowfat milk and extract; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
  3. (Mix thickens as it stands. Thin with additional lowfat milk, if you like.) Sprinkle individual servings with grated chocolate.
  4. Makes 5cups or possibly 5 servings.
