Receta Mint Chocolate Chip Milk Shake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cool skim lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1Â 1/2 c. Vanilla ice lowfat milk *
- 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
- 1/2 ounce (square) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

- * For diabetics, be sure to use a Sugar Free frzn dairy dessert in place of the ice lowfat milk.
- Pour lowfat milk into blender container. Add in pudding mix, ice lowfat milk and extract; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
- (Mix thickens as it stands. Thin with additional lowfat milk, if you like.) Sprinkle individual servings with grated chocolate.
- Makes 5cups or possibly 5 servings.
