Ingredientes

  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1 pkt Semisweet (6 ozs)
  • 3 1/2 x o
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Flaked coconut
  •     Chocolate chips
  • 4 x Chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Grease cookie sheet lightly. beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt in medium bowl till foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Continue beating till stiff and glossy. Don't underbeat. Mix in peppermint extract, coconut and chocolate chips.
  2. Drop mix by teaspoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto cookie sheet. Place a chocolate chip on each cookie. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly just till edges are light brown. Cold 10 min; remove from cookie sheet. 3-1/2 TO 4 DOZEN COOKIES; 55 CALORIES PER COOKIE.
