Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Small pasta shapes, such as
  •     Orzo, tiny shells or possibly ziti
  •     Salt
  • 1/3 c. Light extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Fresh mint leaves, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh oregano leaves,
  •     Minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  •     Freshly grnd pepper to
  •     Taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to pack directions till al dente; drain well. Mix oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic, salt & pepper in a serving bowl. Add in pasta & toss gently. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
