Ingredientes
- 2 c. Small pasta shapes, such as
- Â Â Orzo, tiny shells or possibly ziti
- Â Â Salt
- 1/3 c. Light extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Fresh mint leaves, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh oregano leaves,
- Â Â Minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- Â Â Freshly grnd pepper to
- Â Â Taste
Direcciones
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to pack directions till al dente; drain well. Mix oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic, salt & pepper in a serving bowl. Add in pasta & toss gently. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
