Ingredientes

  • 8 oz bulgur
  • 1 1/4 quarts water
  • 1 lb fresh seeded and diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz peeled and chopped cucumbers
  • 6 oz finely chopped red onions
  • 2 oz fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 oz coarsely chopped mint lieaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

Direcciones

  1. combine bulgur and water in large mixing bowl. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Drain will

  3. Blend lemon juice, oil and spices
  4. pour over bulgur mixture. Toss to blend. Cover
  5. Refrigerate for at least 12 houre befor serving. Keeps well.
