Miso Soup With Tofu And Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. dashi
  • 1/2 c. sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. red miso
  • 10 ounce tofu cut into 1/2inch cubes
  •     Minced green onions for garnish

Direcciones

  1. USE MORI NU LITE TOFU
  2. Heat the dashi to a simmer in a saucepan. Add in the mushrooms and simmer for 3 to 4 min. Soften the miso in a small bowl by mixing it with a few Tbsp. ns of warm dashi. Pour the softened miso into the saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil, add in the tofu, and return just to a boil. Pour into individual soup bowls and garnish with the green onions.
