Ingredientes

  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1/2 x Daikon (or possibly turnip), diced
  • 2 x Carrots, diced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Wakame seaweed, soaked in boiling water, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Barley miso
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Basil
  • 1 tsp Marjoram

Direcciones

  1. Put everything together in a large pot except miso. Cook till the vegetables are tender, Take a small amount of warm liquid from the pot and gradually stir into the miso. Then add in to the pot. Hot gently without boiling and serving.
