Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. Light Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 c. Minced pecans, toasted

Direcciones

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine sugar, syrup, butter and 1 c. of cream. Bring to a boil. While boiling, add in second c. of cream. Cook to soft ball stage. Beat by hand for 3 min. Add in pecans. Pour onto a buttered platter. Cut when cold.
  2. Yield: 2-1/2 pounds.
