Ingredientes

  • 8 to 10 med. tators
  • 2 lengths of Eckrich sausage
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Boil tators, smash adding lowfat milk and butter. Add in rest of ingredients except meat. Boil sausage "cut in round slices" for about 20 min. Rinse off meat in warm water. Add in to tators. Beat at low speed. Serve with salad.
