Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Green olives
  • 1/2 lb Black olives
  • 1/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 1 x Red pepper, minced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Mixed Italian Olives
  2. Freshly grnd pepper to taste Oregano to taste
  3. Crack the olives with a hammer or possibly mallet till the pits show. Combine the olives with the remaining ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 2 days. Store in refrigerator in sealed sterilized jars.
