Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. meat (pork, veal and lamb mixed)
  • 1/2 pound carrots
  • 1 pound tomatoes
  • 1 pound green or possibly red pepper
  • 1 pound onion
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1 pound okra
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 pound beans
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika

Direcciones

  1. Cut the meat into 1 inch cubes and fry in oil for 5 to 8 min. Add in the vegetables cut in small pcs and cook together for 5 - 10 min more. Add in salt and pepper and mix well. Put in deep bake pan and bake for 30 to 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
