Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 500 gm brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
  • 1 x red capsicum, seeded and thinly
  •     sliced
  • 1 x clove garlic, crushed
  • 100 gm snow peas, trimmed
  • 100 gm button mushrooms, halved
  • 1/4 c. shallots, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh coriander, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. plum sauce

Direcciones

  1. 1 . Heat oil in a wok or possibly large frying pan. Saute/fry brussels sprouts, capsicum and garlic for 2 min.
  2. Toss through snow peas, mushmoms, shallots, coriander and sauce.
  3. Cook, stirring for 2 to 3 min. Serve immediately
