Receta Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry In Plum Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 500 gm brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 1 x red capsicum, seeded and thinly
- Â Â sliced
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed
- 100 gm snow peas, trimmed
- 100 gm button mushrooms, halved
- 1/4 c. shallots, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh coriander, minced
- 1 Tbsp. plum sauce
Direcciones
- 1 . Heat oil in a wok or possibly large frying pan. Saute/fry brussels sprouts, capsicum and garlic for 2 min.
- 2. Toss through snow peas, mushmoms, shallots, coriander and sauce.
- Cook, stirring for 2 to 3 min. Serve immediately
