Whole fresh red chili cut with the seed 500gr

Garlic peeled and smashed 50gr

Dry red chili cut 300gr

Corn oil 100ml

Tomato paste 50gr

Fresh tomato dice 200gr

Red onion 200gr

Sugar 50gr
-
Lime juice 80ml
-
White vinegar 80ml
-
Salt 40gr

Direcciones
- METHOD:
- 1 sauté no 1,2 and 3 with no 4
- 2 Add no5 and sauté further then add no 6,7 and 8,9,10,11
- 3 remove from the stove and blend
- 4 then return the blended mixture back to the stove for a boil and then cool down
