- Saute/fry bacon and ham till bacon is brown. Drain off fat. Add in the onion and saute/fry till limp. Stir in flour. Add in the potatoes and clams. Cook 15 min; add in lowfat milk, salt, pepper, and butter. Serve warm. Garnish with paprika and parsley flakes.
