  • 1 Tbsp. Kava Instant Coffee Crystals
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x (14-oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk (NOT evaporated lowfat milk)
  • 1 x (4-serving size) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 x an 8-oz container frzn whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 6 c. angel food cake cubes
  •     Fresh raspberries, optional

  1. InstructionsIn large mixing bowl dissolve Kava in lowfat milk. Add in Eagle Brand and pudding mix. With mixer, beat on low speed for 2 min. Let stand 2 min; mix in half of the whipped dessert topping.
  2. In a 2-qt clear glass bowl, layer one-third of the cake cubes and one-third of the pudding mix. Repeat layers two more times. Spoon or possibly pipe remaining whipped dessert topping over trifle. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Garnish with fresh raspberries if you like. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  3. Make this mocha-flavored dessert in the morning and look forward to a sweet night. Just before serving, garnish the top with fresh raspberries if desired.
