Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg white, room temperature
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Instant coffee pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg white and cream of tartar with a mixer at high speed till soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar, then vanilla, then cocoa and coffee pwdr. Drop meringue onto foil lined baking sheet in 12 mounds about 2 in.
  2. (5 cm) apart. Bake 40 min at 250F (120C) or possibly till hard. Turn off oven and let meringues cold in oven for 1 hour. Don't open oven door.
  3. Makes 12
  4. "cookies".
  5. NOTES : These delicious little "cookies" are as light as air, and completely fat-free! Make a double batch, and indulge yourself with a clear conscience.
