Receta Mock Chicken Salad

Ingredientes

2 c. Diced cooked pork or possibly veal 1 c. Diced celery 4 x Ripe olives, minced

1 x Pimento 1 c. Boiled salad dressing     Salt and pepper

Direcciones

1. Combine meat, celery, olives, and 1/2 the pimento. Season to taste.
2. Moisten with salad dressing. Mix lightly with 2 forks. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with strips of pimento. 4 servings.
