- 2 c. Diced cooked pork or possibly veal
- 1 c. Diced celery
- 4 x Ripe olives, minced
- 1 x Pimento
- 1 c. Boiled salad dressing
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Combine meat, celery, olives, and 1/2 the pimento. Season to taste.
- Moisten with salad dressing. Mix lightly with 2 forks. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with strips of pimento. 4 servings.
