Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 pkt (18.5-ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkt (3.75-ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/3 c. Dark rum
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Dark rum

Direcciones

  1. Topping: Grease and flour a tube or possibly bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.
  2. Cake Mix: Blend & pour cake mix over nuts and bake 1 hr. or possibly till done at 325 degrees. Cold to slightly hot.
  3. Glaze: Heat butter in small saucepan. Stir in sugar and water and boil for 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Turn cake upside down and place on cake platter. Prick holes in top of cake with toothpick or possibly skewer.
  4. Drizzle and smooth glaze on top and sides in layers till glaze is all on cake.
