Receta Moist Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. flour (I use unbleached)
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1Â 1/4 c. buttermilk (no water)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking pwdr & salt together then add in buttermilk and oil.
- mix as little as possible then roll into biscuits. Put in well oiled iron skillet (I think mine is 10 in.) When you get all in skillet add in a pat of butter on top of each . I set my oven on 400 degrees at 30 min then I make the biscuits and put in oven. When the 30 min is up the biscuits are done. Mine is electric, if you have gas you might have to adjust. Makes 7 or possibly 8 biscuits
