- Sift all dry ingredients together.
- Beat butter & both sugars until light & fluffy.
- Add molasses & ginger.
- Mix well. Add eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Add dries in 3 batches.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes - 1 hour.
- Scoop & roll in sugar. Press slightly flat. Cookies will spread out. Donât press too flat or they will be crispy.
- Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes or until center is set.
