Ingredientes

  • 2 pkg. lemon or possibly lime Jello
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cool water
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. thin cooked ham strips
  • 3/4 c. thin Swiss strips
  • 1/4 c. sliced red onions
  • 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add in cool water and vinegar. Refrigeratetill thickened. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 5-c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard, at least 6 hrs. Unmold. Garnish, if you like. 5-6 servings.
