Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Lemon flavor gelatin, (3 ounce.)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 3/4 c. Cool water
  • 2 x Fresh USA Northwest Red Bartlett Pears, unpeeled, cored and
  •     Diced
  • 1/2 c. Halved seedless red grapes
  • 1/4 c. Minced celery
  • 1/4 c. Minced walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon zest
  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Heavy whipping cream
  •     Minced walnuts for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
  •     Red Bartlett slices for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add in cool water. Refrigeratetill partially set. Add in pears, grapes, celery and nuts. Pour into 4-c. mold and refrigeratetill set. Unmold and serve with Creamy Waldorf Dressing. Garnish with pear slices and grapes.
  2. Creamy Waldorf Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, whipping cream, sugar and lemon peel; mix well. Serve, garnished with lemon zest.
  3. Makes about 1-1/4cups
  4. Always be sure to use ripe pears.
