Receta Molded Red Bartlett Waldorf Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Lemon flavor gelatin, (3 ounce.)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 3/4 c. Cool water
- 2 x Fresh USA Northwest Red Bartlett Pears, unpeeled, cored and
- Â Â Diced
- 1/2 c. Halved seedless red grapes
- 1/4 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon zest
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Heavy whipping cream
- Â Â Minced walnuts for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- Â Â Red Bartlett slices for garnish
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add in cool water. Refrigeratetill partially set. Add in pears, grapes, celery and nuts. Pour into 4-c. mold and refrigeratetill set. Unmold and serve with Creamy Waldorf Dressing. Garnish with pear slices and grapes.
- Creamy Waldorf Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, whipping cream, sugar and lemon peel; mix well. Serve, garnished with lemon zest.
- Makes about 1-1/4cups
- Always be sure to use ripe pears.
