Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp soda, dissolved in the
  •     buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar and Crisco. Add in egg yolks, one at a time. Beat well. Add in flour, salt, and buttermilk. Beat egg whites and mix in gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min in an Angel Food cake pan (tube pan).
