Ingredientes

  • Pastry for 2 crust pie
  • 5 c. sliced peaches
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle 2 tsp. lemon juice over peaches. Mix sugar, spices and flour, then stir into peaches. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Dot with 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter before covering with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till nicely browned.
