Ingredientes

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract or possibly any flavoring
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Soften butter, fold in sugar, egg and flavoring. Add in next 4 ingredients. Stir in raisins. Roll into walnut-size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, about 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork dipped in flour, making crisscross pattern. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min. (2 dozen)
