Receta Mom's Raisin Crisscross Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract or possibly any flavoring
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Soften butter, fold in sugar, egg and flavoring. Add in next 4 ingredients. Stir in raisins. Roll into walnut-size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, about 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork dipped in flour, making crisscross pattern. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min. (2 dozen)
