Receta Mom's Ribs
Ingredientes
- Beef short ribs
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 can water
- Onion to taste, minced
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Garlic salt to taste
Direcciones
- Cook ribs in covered pot at 400 degrees for at least 1 hour. Pour off fat. Mix all other ingredients and pour on ribs. Cook uncovered 1 hour more at 350 degrees or possibly till ribs are tender and sauce has cooked down.
