Mom's Rolled Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes

  • 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 3 ounce. jar sliced dry beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 drops Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Direcciones

  1. Pour boiling water over dry beef. Let it stand for 3 min. Drain. Arrange in bottom of a 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish after shredding it. Wrap each breast with a slice of bacon and place on beef. Combine all remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered in a 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 hrs.
