Ingredientes

  • 1 box Lasagne noodles
  • 1 bn Spinach, fresh
  • 500 ml Cottage cheese
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Low Fat Mozzarella
  • 1 jar Spaghetti sauce, mushroom/pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Cook and drain noodles, cold and toss with extra virgin olive oil. Mix together cottage cheese, beaten egg, 1tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, parmesan, and salt and pepper. Prepare spinach: Remove stems, wash and dry, chop coursely. Add in spinach to cheese mix. Prepare to assemble lasagne in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Layer the ingredients in the following order:
  2. 1 c. spagetti sauce, sufficient to thinly cover the bottom,
  3. Four cooked noodles side by side,
  4. Thin layer of spinach and cheese mix,
  5. Four more noodles. Continue layering till the pan is full, cover top in grated mozzerella. Bake covered for 35 minutes. at 350 . Let cold to set before serving.
