Receta Mom's Steak `N Gravy

Ingredientes

2 pound round steak (cut into serving pcs) 1 tbsp. oil 1 onion, sliced 2 bouillon cubes, beef

1 c. water 5 tbsp. flour 1 c. water

Direcciones

1. Brown meat pcs and onion in oil. Pour water over steak, add in bouillon cubes. Simmer for 1 hour or possibly till tender. Mix flour and water; add in slowly to pan liquid and stir to mix gravy. Season to taste. Serves 4. Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly rice.
