  • 2 pound round steak (cut into serving pcs)
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bouillon cubes, beef
  • 1 c. water
  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat pcs and onion in oil. Pour water over steak, add in bouillon cubes. Simmer for 1 hour or possibly till tender. Mix flour and water; add in slowly to pan liquid and stir to mix gravy. Season to taste. Serves 4. Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly rice.
