Mom's Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 6 med. potatoes
  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Scrub potatoes well. Bake in warm oven till done. Cold sufficient to handle, Don't peel. Split in half. Scoop inside of potato out, leaving shell. Put into bowl. Mash potatoes. Crumble sausage into skillet. Chop onion, add in to sausage. Cook till onion is tender.
  2. Mix all together in bowl with potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Heap into potato shells. Bake at 375 degrees till golden.
