Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Blend 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter and 1 Tbsp. cool water with pastry blender. Divide into two 3 x 11 inch strips on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook 1 c. water and 1/2 c. butter. Remove from heat and add in 1 c. flour and 3 Large eggs, one at a time, beating very well after adding each. Add in almond flavor, spoon on top of strips and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frost with powdered sugar frosting with almond flavoring added. Slivered almonds can be added to top.
