Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Monk fish
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 x Lemon juice only
  • 1/2 c. Seasoned flour
  • 1 pch Seasoning salt
  • 1/4 c. White wine, (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

Direcciones

  1. Cut monk fish into 4 pcs. Dredge in seasoned flour. Saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. butter. Cook 1 minute on each side. Remove. Add in white wine, lemon, parsley and reduce by half. Shake 2 Tbsp. butter into pan and serve over fish.
