Monkey On A Stick (Marinated Beef Strips)

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Lean beef, minced small
  • 1 c. Soy sauce, more as needed
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 x Onion, minced small
  • 2 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Slice beef thinly cross-grain (it will slice more easily if partially frzn). Vary marinade ingredients to taste.
  2. Place beef strips in a shallow glass container or possibly a ziploc bag along with marinade ingredients. Marinate overnight to 2 days, stirring occasionally or possibly turning bag to mix.
  3. Thread beef on to wooden skewers and cook over very warm charcoal.
  4. Serve while still warm with rice and oriental vegetables, or possibly just as an hors d'ourve.
