Ingredientes
- 2 lb Grnd moose
- 1 jar Mild picante sauce - (8 ounce)
- 1 c. Diced onion
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 1 c. Green pepper diced
- 1 pkt Taco spices & seasonings mix
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Diced green chillies liquid removed
Direcciones
- Brown grnd moose in skillet with onion and drain on paper towels. Return mix to skillet and add in green pepper, Taco Seasoning, brown sugar, chilies, picante sauce and white vinegar. Cover and simmer 1 hour till thickened. Serve on hamburger rolls.
