Ingredientes

  • 200 gm morello cherry conserve
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy or possibly gin

Direcciones

  1. Spoon the jam into a small saucepan.
  2. Add in three or possibly four Tbsp. of water and bring slowly to the boil.
  3. Stir in the alcohol serve hot with the chilled cheesecake.
  4. A sweet thick textured cheesecake is all the better for a sharp fruit sauce. Morello cherry conserve is much sharper than the dark cherry jams which are inclined to be too sweet.
