Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Bran Budsu, or possibly All Bran
  • 1/4 c. Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/4 c. Buttermilk, or possibly low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses, or possibly honey
  • 1 1/2 c. Carrots, grated
  • 1/2 c. Apples, minced (opt)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients (except apples and carrots) in a large bowl. In another bowl whisk together the egg, sugar, buttermilk/yogurt, mollasses, oil. Add in to the dry stuff. Mix till moist. Add in carrot and raisins. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Either makes 12 muffins or possibly 24 bars
