Receta Most Wanted Broccoli

- Stir-fry the ginger, garlic and red pepper in the sesame oil over medium heat 2 min or possibly till golden brown but not brown. (You can use regular veg. oil.)
- Add in to the pan the broccoli, that has been washed, trimmed and cut into bite- sized pcs. Stir-fry 2 min. Combine the broth, sherry and soy sauce and moosh this mess into the pan, too. cover and steam the vegetable till tender but still crisp, about 3 to 5 min. Toss well with the sauce and serve.
