  1. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic and red pepper in the sesame oil over medium heat 2 min or possibly till golden brown but not brown. (You can use regular veg. oil.)
  2. Add in to the pan the broccoli, that has been washed, trimmed and cut into bite- sized pcs. Stir-fry 2 min. Combine the broth, sherry and soy sauce and moosh this mess into the pan, too. cover and steam the vegetable till tender but still crisp, about 3 to 5 min. Toss well with the sauce and serve.
