Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (18 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tall can canned lowfat milk, whipped
  • 3 c. graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add in gelatin, lemon juice, lemon peel and blend well. Mix in stiffly whipped Milnot or possibly canned lowfat milk.
  2. Mix graham crackers and butter together. Pack 2/3 of mix on bottom and sides of 9x13x2-inch pan or possibly longer. Add in sprinkled crumbs on top. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
