Receta Mother's Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredientes

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (or possibly can use equal amount of canned sweet potatoes) 1 scant teaspoon cinnamon 1 c. sugar

1/2 stick butter 2 Large eggs Small amount of salt

Direcciones

1. Spray large casserole with non-stick spray. Mix sweet potato ingredients and put in casserole. Mix topping, cutting in the butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
