Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (or possibly can use equal amount of canned sweet potatoes)
- 1 scant teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs
- Small amount of salt
Direcciones
- Spray large casserole with non-stick spray. Mix sweet potato ingredients and put in casserole. Mix topping, cutting in the butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
