Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Green peppers, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/4 lb Mild or possibly spicy Italian sausage, sliced into 1-inch circles
  • 1 jar , (32 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkt (16 ounces) rigatoni or possibly ziti, cooked and liquid removed
  • 3 c. (12 ounces) County Line Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350-F In large skillet, heat oil and saute/fry peppers and garlic till peppers are crisp-tender. Re- move and set aside. Saute/fry sausage circles till brown. Drain any fat. Combine peppers, garlic, sausage, Spaghetti sauce, pasta, and 2 1/2 c. cheese in 4-qt cas- serole. Cover and bake 40 to 45 min. Top casserole with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake, uncovered, only till cheese melts, about 5 min.
